that your customer who thinks about the business says: "I can do that!"
Which Juice Plus + CD do I use?
NSA offers a variety
of professionally produced DVDs/CDs designed for a variety of audiences, situations and uses. Healthcare
professionals explain the science behind Juice Plus +. There is no
"perfect CD/DVD" - use the one(s) you like best and/or the one you have with you: you can't give the wrong
CD/DVD
to the right person.
The
Virtual Franchise Owner's Manual Chapter 11 lists all the available
CDs and DVDs; they are available for order online from
NSA PromoPlus+.
Choosing the
right CDs/DVDs for you:
1. Listen to as many of our DVDs/CDs as possible. It's a great way to learn more about Juice Plus +
and the Juice Plus + product line and to strengthen your belief in
our great products.
2. Use the CD/DVD that first
sold YOU on Juice Plus + or your favorite CD/DVD. Go with what
you know. Let your own experience be your guide. "This CD/DVD made a real
impression on me. I'd like you to hear it, too."
3. Our DVDs/CDs are great for
customer education, too. There's no better way to reinforce the Juice Plus +
habit with your existing customers or to get them to try other Juice Plus + products.
How to share a CD/DVD
1. It's very easy to introduce Juice Plus +: people are very
happy to talk about their health, or how/what they eat (usually bad!) ... then you can tell them how you get
the fruits and vegetables you need conveniently and affordably. Another good way to turn the conversation is to
say: You seem like a person who is interested in health/nutrition, or Do you have children? How do
they eat? They don't eat their fruits and vegetables do they? Then offer your solution to the problem.
2. When introducing Juice Plus + always first use the words "fruits
and vegetables in a capsule" before saying Juice Plus+ (so they know it isn't juice). When asked what we do
we say "We represent a company that found a way to put fruits and vegetables into a capsule". Then we
wait for a response. If they show no interest (eg. a 'blank look'), we allow the conversation to move on: don't
waste your time on people who have no interest.
3. Share your enthusiasm for Juice Plus + briefly: tell
your Story in 2 minutes or less without exaggeration, but with sincere passion.
4. ALWAYS ask if your prospect will listen to a CD/DVD (or CD
- many people now only have CD players in their cars and at home, so be prepared and have CDs as well as
DVDs). Ask before you offer the CD/DVD. This CD/DVD made a great impression on me. You'll hear Dr. ...
speaking on health, nutrition and the role of Juice Plus+. I'd really value your opinion.
5. ONLY give them one CD/DVD and no
literature. If they read a brochure, the chances are they won't listen to the
CD/DVD, which is our best
"salesman". If they decline the CD/DVD, offer "The Guide to Better Health" brochure or ask them to visit your
website. Make sure your label (with phone number and website address) is on all your
CDs/DVDs and brochures.
6. When they agree to listen, make an "appointment" to call
them back. I would really value your opinion ... can I call you on Wednesday (2 days later)? What
would be a good time for you? ... Ok, I'll call you at 8pm on Wednesday. Confirm their phone number.
7. Then "all" you have to do is follow up! "The fortune
is in the follow up"!
How to follow up after sharing a CD/CD/DVD
Practice until you know you are
speaking with boldness and confidence especially when you are "asking for the sale".

You could write/print this on 3x5 cards and keep them by the phone so you know the questions that you need to
ask them. Before you call, put a smile on your face - that puts a smile in your voice!
1. Hi .... how are you? Is this a good time to talk?
2. I was calling about the CD/DVD I shared with you, what did you like best about it? Do NOT ask:
What did you 'think'? (Then listen well to what they say.)
3. Does Juice Plus+ make sense to you? (..... it did to me -
tell your Story briefly)
4. I would love you to try Juice Plus + for 4 months and see what it could do for you!
They will ask how much is it? and how do I
get it?
5. THAT'S THE BEST PART!!! For several pounds of fruit and veggies it's just $1.40 a day!! That's
much less
than a Starbucks coffee! It comes in a box - 4 months at a time, but you pay in monthly installments of
$41.25. You are in complete control.
6. If they say that's expensive ask them: compared to what? degenerative disease? That's expensive!! What is
your health worth to you? Try taking $1.40 to the grocery store and buying fruit and veggies with it - that's
what Juice Plus+ costs - and that produce won't even be organic!
7. I would love you to try Juice Plus+ for 4 months to see what it could do for you. We take Visa, MC, AM EX
and Discover, (or you we can do a bank draft) which would you prefer?
8. I can have Juice Plus+ shipped out to you tomorrow, and you'll have it in 5-7 days. I will give you a
courtesy call after you've received your order, is that ok with you?
9. If you don't have an email address
for them, ask for it. If it's ok with you, I'll send you an occasional email with new information about
health and nutrition.
10. If they haven't listened to the CD/DVD or they say they need more information or they have to think about it,
then say: I know you are busy, and I am too, so when would be a good time to call you back?
If they
cannot decide offer a second CD/DVD.
Put all this into your own words - write them down and practice. Learn how to follow-up in a timely fashion,
ask the right questions, listen well, and respond sensitively and you'll hear few "no"s.

When they say "yes" place their order at your Virtual

Customer Order Dept. at 1-800-347-6350.
Follow-up
Once you have a customer,
learn to use our Customer Care system to keep them and convert some (10%) into
Distributors.
