Your Goal

Your next major Goal is, of course, Senior Sales Coordinator.  To get there you need to develop three strong qualified lines with a group of six to eight active JP+ Reps in each, and a total of five qualified businesses.

You have two ways to get to SSC: the Fast Track or the 'slow track'. Ask your sponsor or coach which is right for you.

The Fast Track to SSC allows you to earn a $1,000 bonus and you get there faster with lower volume.

The 'slow track' allows you to progress through Five Phases of Growth from SC to SSC. Understand where you are now. What's your next phase? Can you see yourself there? Focus on the NEXT Phase - one step at a time. Aim first for a total of 130-150 customers from your entire team of around 10 JP+ Reps, then build from there, phase by phase, step by step.

To get where YOU want to go, help your team achieve their goals. When you have helped five of your Team to qualify their businesses, you will be a Senior Sales Coordinator!

Whatever your "Why" when you started, it should by now have grown as your belief and your success have grown. Increasingly you will see a Prize in your future - maybe more than one. Just "Keep Your Eyes On The Prize".

Your Focus

Now your Focus is on building a TEAM. Together Everyone Achieves More is a core strength and value of our entire Business Model - the Virtual Franchise.

Start your month with your Invitation List and teach your team to do the same. Use the 20-10-5-1 formula with Intention and Invitation. Get at least 5 a month. This will be your source of 'new blood' for your team; those who helped you get to SC may not be the ones who help you reach SSC, and you cannot get there alone.

Teach your Team the art of Customer Care. This is absolutely key to developing enthusiastic customers who will take Juice Plus+ long term, who will spread the good news (giving you referrals), and some of whom will join your team as Juice Plus+ Reps.

Support your growing team with Web WPs and Wellness Parties.

Master and use Connection Calls - these will become increasingly important in your DMO.

Understand, internalize and communicate your vision of the Power of 5 - it will propel you to success.
