Referrals
Once you have developed a great
relationship with your customers and they're having a good experience with Juice Plus+, many will start giving you
referrals; this may be as soon as when you conduct the
Juice Plus+ Effect Survey after their first 3 months. Or it may be after attending an event.
Talk to them about our "Friends & Family" program to offset the cost of their Juice Plus+ or, if appropriate, about the
full business opportunity.
It's always best to have a conversation with a customer about referrals, but you can also email or write to
them.
What to say to a "Raving Fan" customer
"I want to congratulate you on your commitment to your health, and for blessing me with your business."
"Clearly you see the benefits of Juice Plus+. I love referrals! Do you know anyone who might appreciate
information? ... someone who could benefit like you?"
OR, many times in your customer care calls, they will mention friends and family with health concerns. On this or a
later call, you might say, "I remember when we were talking before you mentioned your sister, Kate, that..."
Then "Is there anyone else that you can think of?"
OR, your customer may tell you they have mentioned Juice Plus+ to other people.
NEXT: say "I would love to send them some information, specifically about (pregnancy, exercise, allergies, our
Children's Health Study ... as appropriate)"
If they have not yet named anyone, ask "Is there anyone specifically that comes to mind that might be interested in
information about Juice Plus+?"
As they start thinking of people, say "I can send them info or, if they are local, I'd be happy to do a wellness
event in your home or invite them to one at mine- whatever you think would be best."
FINALLY - Thank them for the referrals.
If they were not able to think of anyone at that time, thank them for their effort and ask them to keep their eyes and
ears open and to let you know when they see a need.
Email or Letter - Sample
Dear ...,
I am so pleased that you are taking your Juice Plus+ consistently, and that you've noticed several benefits (name them).
It's also good to hear that you (or your kids)
are actually eating more fruits & vegetables!
My business relies on sharing the gift of good health with others. Now you have developed a belief in
Juice Plus+, you may want to recommend it to your family and friends.
We have an excellent referral program (we call it the Friends and Family Program) which would allow you
to offset the cost of your Juice Plus+, or even make an additional $500-$1000 a month.
I'd be happy to do a wellness event in your home or invite them to one at mine - whatever you think
would be best.
Alternatively, I'd be happy to contact some of them for you, and be sure to give you a thank-you gift
for any that become Juice Plus+ customers.
