To get to QNMD you made a good start at
developing some of the Sales Coordinators into Leaders. Now
they are starting to provide leadership to their own teams.
As you develop into a stronger Leader yourself,
you will continue to focus on developing the Leaders on your team, and helping them reach the heights you
have attained. Continue to develop a "Next
Step Planning" mind set.
Coaching and
3-Way Calls will become
increasingly important in your Daily Method of Operation.
Use this
Business Plan
to help focus and plan to achieve your Goals.
Don't forget that you constantly need 'new
blood' on your team (both those you sponsor and those your
teammates bring on board). This 'new blood' comes from an
established base of enthusiastic customers.
Lead by example: work the business exactly
as it is described in the Virtual Franchise Owner's Manual;
teach and encourage your team to get 5 a
month every month and to Qualify
their business. This will ensure their success and
yours.
Your next "Prize" will
certainly be NMD, but your "Why"
must extend beyond NMD - what might it be?
