Understanding Your PVC Report and How You Are Paid
Now you are a Sales Coordinator (or higher) it's time to start
understanding the numbers.
You do NOT need to know everything about the numbers on your PVC
Report and you do not need to teach the marketing plan - hopefully that will
relieve some of the anxiety that's commonly related to this subject. No
Worries!
One well-known NMD, who has become a dear friend of ours, came up
to us after he had crossed the stage as a new NMD and asked us to explain the
marketing plan; his sponsor had told him to come to us, because it was about
time he understood the numbers!
Chapters 3 and 16 in the Owner's Manual cover this subject in
some detail and several of the Training Calls are also very helpful - please
listen to those.
The best way to ease into this subject is to listen to Jenny's
phone training while reading the 6 pages she is teaching.
