Promoting Events

In real estate "Location, Location, Location" are the three most important success factors.  In our Virtual Franchise they are "Events, Events, Events".

  • Learn to introduce Juice Plus+ to your friends and family, you will make excellent part-time income.

  • Learn to sponsor and train a nucleus of committed people, you will make a better than average living.

  • Learn how to promote events and teach others to do the same, and you will make a small Fortune.

Preferred Customers are the “life-blood” of our business

We always "lead" with the product and let the 10% of our satisfied customers who will be interested, come to the business naturally, when they are ready, and when they have a strong belief in Juice Plus+.

However, this process can be accelerated by proper use of events.

Events are the “arteries” of our business

"Flow" your Juice Plus + Preferred Customers through events: starting with Wellness Presentations, Prevention Plus+ seminars, Prevention Plus+ conference calls, even 3-way calls with other distributors.

Once they are open to looking at the business, bring them to a Training Workshop, Bootcamp or NSA Leadership Conference.

Once you have a new distributor, events are even more important. Commitment to training, to bringing guests to events and to teaching others to do the same is VITAL to success in our business.

Events show the BIG picture

The sooner your customer/prospect realizes there is more to this than "you selling pills" the more likely they will see that there is something here for them.

The "big picture" is a combination of:

  • their own belief system (which builds with each exposure they have to Juice Plus+ products, distributors and the results seen by themselves and others)

  • relationships developed with you (their "partner in healthy living") and others already in the business

  • the realization that you are serious, and so are this product, company and business

  • the understanding that this is something they can do and might want to do.

During each distributor's "career" with Juice Plus + they experience an event where they get their "Ahah!", the light bulb goes off, they discover their true, big WHY for the business. You never know when or where this will happen, but EVERY person who succeeds (by their definition) in this business has this experience. So, attend events (especially Bootcamps and Conferences) until you "get it"! Encourage your team members to do the same.

The Process

The process involved in successfully promoting and using events includes these steps (miss even one and you  will reduce your success substantially):

1. Attend Events

 

If you are to enthusiastically promote and invite your customers to events, you must love them yourself. You must attend lots of events. The more events you attend WITH guests, the more successful you will be and the more you will love what you do - and it will show.

 

2. Promote Events

 

"Promoting" is more than describing. We don't sell Juice Plus +, but we must "Sell" the event, and more importantly the speaker. The invitation process ('promotion') can be summarized in three words: "Call, Send, Call".

i. Call to Invite Guests

 

The invitation can be made in person or by phone. Email is NOT the way to invite someone; it's too impersonal. Using the event flyer, which gives the speaker's bio, enthusiastically tell your guest why they mustn't miss this opportunity. It's very similar to "selling" the tape/CD/DVD - tell them just enough (don't 'fire-hose' them!), with passion and sincerity that they want to be there. ii. Mail or email details/invitation

 

When they say "yes" - they would like to come - follow up with a letter or email giving details of the event, using the flyer.

 

iii. Call again: “Can I count on you … ?”

 

A day or two before the event call them: "I'm just confirming that you received the details of our seminar on Friday, and that I can count on you being there."  You are letting them know it's important, and that they can't back-out (or no-show) without really disappointing you.

3. Take Guests to Events

 

If at all possible, arrange to pick them up and take them to the event . This is not feasible when you have 3-4 guests coming, but the one you really want there are worth driving to collect. You can have coffee or a meal with them before or after the event to give you more time for conversation and relationship building.

THIS EVENT COULD CHANGE THEIR LIFE....AND GIVE THEM HOPE!   It may be the spark that puts them on the path to prevention, not only for themselves, but for their whole family.

Create Events!

If you don't have events in your area, or not enough, don't "wish" there were, go ahead and create one yourself.

 

Wellness Presentations are a good starting point. These are usually held in the home, but they can also take place in restaurants (private room), offices, club houses, doctor's offices, etc. Combining forces with another distributor can bring more people out.

 

The local police station or fire station may have a Community Room they will let you use free.

 

A local health care professional may be willing to speak on their specialty, with you following them talking about Juice Plus+.  It is always better if they are taking Juice Plus+ and believe in it first.
