Next Step Planning

As we coach our team members, it's important to focus them on the Next Step. To do this we must have a Next Step mindset. Our new approach starts with the chart below and the "5 Simple Steps" from the Starter Guide.

Our coaching has always focused on 'helping others reach their goals', and 'mastering the fundamentals'; that will continue. However, we believe it will help if we can give the 'coachee' a Vision for what their business will look like at the Next Step, and keep that Vision clearly before them as they work toward their goal. Incorporating the Daily Plan and the Monthly Plan from the chart above, and casting Vision, the forms below will help you coach them to success:

So:

  • To make SC a Virtual Franchisee is aiming for roughly 95 total team customers, 5 total team members and 2,000 monthly volume (pvc).

  • A Sales Coordinator working towards Senior Sales Coordinator is aiming for roughly 400 total team customers, 40 total team members, 9,333 monthly volume (pvc) and 5 qualifiers.

    An SSC working towards QNMD should have 'in sight' 800 total team customers, 80 total team members, 20,000 monthly volume (pvc) and 10 qualifiers.

  • A QNMD working towards NMD needs approximately 1,200 total team customers, 140 total team members, 33,000 monthly volume (pvc) and 17 qualifiers.

  • An NMD working towards 24 Club needs approximately 1,800 total team customers, 200 total team members, 50,000 monthly volume (pvc) and 24 qualifiers.

The Process

Immediately after their promotion, and each month thereafter, our 'coachee' completes their Business Plan (see above) and faxes or scans/emails a copy to us (their coach). During our coaching calls we then review their plan for the month and track their progress weekly (or every 2 weeks). We celebrate successes and work with them to address challenges.
