for you and your customers.
All you have to do is call your customer after he or she has been on Juice Plus+ for about three months, and walk them
through the new Juice Plus+ Effect telephone survey that you’ll find in your Virtual Office. NSA even reminds you by
email to make the call, and they send your customer a 90 day email about the Juice Plus+ Effect as part of our
email campaign (as long as you enrolled them when the order was
placed).
All they have to do is answer the questions; it only takes a few minutes. You have up until 10 days AFTER the second
box ships to complete and transmit the survey to NSA.
If they do that, NSA will send them either a free two-month supply of Juice Plus+ Vineyard Blend or two free cans (30
servings) of Juice Plus+ Complete – their choice, more than a $50 retail value – along with or just after their second shipment of Juice
Plus+. (You’ll also be charged an extra $5 to help share in the cost of the program – but only when the free product ships.)
Notes:

the second box must be shipped out on time. If you have to delay shipment, the offer of
free product is no longer available.

the survey must cover at least 90 days of product use, so, if the customer ordered a box to ship every 2
months, the survey will not be accepted before this customers second box is shipped.
What kind of effect will the Juice Plus+ Effect have on your business?
Based on market test experience, 98% of people who complete the survey accept that all-important second
carton of Juice Plus+ – and 83% accept the third carton. In addition, 25% of those who receive the free product decide
to purchase it, too.
Asking the questions in the survey really focuses them on the benefits they are seeing with Juice Plus+.
This is important because people are often so distracted they don't notice the changes and improvements. Your
relationship with the customer is also greatly strengthened by the offer of free product and by the conversation about
their results. It's also a great time to ask for referrals.

The brochure is a bit of an awkward shape so regular envelopes just won’t do. These

As well as telling your customer about this great offer when they sign up, and corporate sending them the
90 day email, you should give, mail or
email them the
Juice Plus+ Effect Brochure right at 90 days after they started
taking Juice Plus+, telling them you will call them shortly to conduct the survey. Then call them, complete the
survey and fax it in.
Who is eligible?

Here's How It Works:

New customers take Juice Plus+ Orchard and Garden Blend as recommended (in capsule or soft chewable form)

You can enroll your customer by selecting the Juice Plus+ Effect button in the “Submit Customer Order”
section of your Virtual office.

By enrolling your customer, you’ll receive an alert in 90 days to remind you to follow-up. If you forget
to enroll them, if this is a CHS order, or the customer orders online, you must ask the Preferred Customer Dept. (call
800-347-6350 or email jpcustomer@nsai.com) to convert the order to a Juice Plus+ Effect order.

Complete our Juice Plus+ Effect survey and select the free product by day 130 – either online or download
the survey in PDF form (look under the 'Tools' tab, highlight 'Juice Plus+ Materials', and select 'Juice Plus+ Effect');
then complete and fax it to 901-850-3059.

The second carton of Juice Plus+ must be shipped to the customer without delay or interruption.

Your customer receives complimentary two month supply of Juice Plus+ Vineyard Blend or 30 servings of Juice
Plus+ Variety Complete together with their second carton of Juice Plus+.

Your $5 contribution will be applied in the first month of your customer's second carton, which is
equivalent to the retail profit you receive that month.
