Gordon Hester and Jeff Roberti were
featured on our Launch Call for 2010 and delivered a powerful message
for the New Year and the New Decade. The theme of this call is making
2010 your best year ever and the process of Awareness, Activity and
Resolve.
Gordon is NOT a distributor with Juice
Plus+. Gordon began the call by encouraging us to focus our attention on
what we can control, having an awareness of what that is, putting
our "deposit slip" activities in place to reach the goal and then
resolving with an absolute commitment to keep going in spite of the
adversities, obstacles and challenges we will all face in life. Gordon
noted that Jeff has experienced his biggest quarter of growth EVER
coming out of the Memphis Conference this past fall which is why both he
and Jeff are excited about 2010.
Gordon said the Juice Plus+ Virtual Franchise is NOW positioned as a
successful business model for the coming Wellness Movement. The unique
Juice Plus+ "hybrid" business model is tried and proven with a solid
debt free company designed to drive unlimited income potential and time
freedom. Gordon says to focus on "driving income" rather than "squeezing
the dollar". Gordon explains how the economy of today, although
challenging, is serving this Juice Plus+ Virtual Franchise business
model and how the window of opportunity is wide open right now due to
the media driven message of self responsibility concerning both health
and personal finances.
Jeff talked about activity,
getting clear about what we are paid for and having the
discipline necessary to create income. Jeff challenged us with a
question, "What kind of activity would you do if the cost of the Juice
Plus+ Virtual Franchise was $500,000.00 rather than $50.00 to get
started. Would you treat it more like a business rather than a hobby?"
Jeff stressed the importance of consistency of attitude, work ethic and getting out of your
head and into your heart, and a commitment to make a change to your
life.
Jeff says our industry is a "sharing" industry vs a
"selling" industry. We are sharing a wonderful gift of health with
Juice Plus+ with a system in place that provides a proven plan of
action. Success leaves clues, there is no need to reinvent the wheel. What we need is
consistency of effort, work habits and attitudes with a focus on the
basic fundamentals. What is left is resolve, "I'll do it no matter
what" mentality.
Do you have desire, the willingness to work and are
you teachable and willing to lead by example, holding yourself
accountable to higher standards? You can have more in life if you

gift.
Our focus should be growing ourselves and serving others. Being grateful is important. All rich
people are grateful. Change is the only constant in the universe, we
can count on change, we must adjust to change, live in a state of
anticipation rather than expectation.
Here we are facing a new decade, we can look back at this moment in
time, and step up, be outstanding, serve others, leave a legacy of
love, make a difference in the lives of so many. Are you willing to
put others needs above your own? This company is about to experience
the biggest growth wave we have ever experienced in 40 years. Tear up
the your list of excuses. Today could be the day that could turn your

Gordon D. Hester is a Business and Financial
Management Specialist. He has spent 25+ years in the world of
business and is an expert on creating and advancing momentum for
business owners.
He has traveled extensively across the US teaching
entrepreneurs principles and strategies related to
building a successful business. In addition, he does consulting
and coaching with thousands of entrepreneurs around the world.
Mr. Hester has earned his voice a a business
specialist due to years of his own personal success in business.

businesses, Mr. Hester manages over $50 million in assets.
He has a B.S. in Accounting and has numerous

He was also a Platinum Partner in the Anthony Robbins
Organization, Tony’s high end coaching group.
Mr. Hester lives with his wife of 20 years, Jackie,
and their two kids, Connor and Callie in Sarasota Florida.
Jeff Roberti is
an icon both within the NSA company and in the network
marketing industry. He earned his title as NSA’s #1 income earner his
first year and never looked back. During his first three years
as a distributor, NSA’s sales went from a million a month to a
million a day.
Jeff’s story is often used by other distributors and
companies to demonstrate the unlimited potential of network
marketing. It is one of the most recognized and published stories
in the history of the industry.
Along with his business accomplishments, Jeff has supported
many charities including the Make a Wish Foundation,
