Developing a Customer Base and providing Customer Care are the foundational activities for your Virtual Franchise. You will spend most of your time in the Customers section during your first 30-60 Days, moving through Direct Distributor to Virtual Franchisee.

Converting around 10% of your satisfied customers into Distributors increases your leverage. Even though you will never stop adding customers, Distributor Conversion and Care becomes your focus as you move towards Sales Coordinator - the goal for your first 6 months.

Events make all the difference in getting and keeping Customers and finding, training and inspiring Distributors. The Events section will help you exploit events to the full, but first, you must be there - at the events, that is.

Personal Growth is the natural, automatic result of working this business consistently towards your goals. This section will help you with your growth - one of the most exciting aspects of this business.
