Congratulations! You have made the important decision to become a Juice Plus+ Rep. Welcome to the Juice Plus+ family!

Your Goal

Your first Goal in building your Juice Plus+ Virtual Franchise is to Fast Track to the 14% commission level of Virtual Franchisee (VF). You will do this by getting 10 customers and one team member during your first month (10-1), then helping your new team member to do the same. To help set appropriate goals use this Goal Setting Worksheet with your sponsor.

Now start your Memory Jogger list - this is your first, most important tool for your business.

Your Focus

There are just 5 things we all do consistently to build your business: we Plan, Invite, Share, Followup and Care for our customers. As a new JP+ Rep. you should focus on the first four - these will help you achieve your initial Fast Track, and your longer term goals:

1. Plan (Be Intentional)

Schedule Wellness Parties: at least 2-4 in your first 60 days. Have your sponsor or other support team member conduct your first few WPs; you just invite friends over for a simple, fun get-together.

With your sponsor, choose 30 of the names on your Memory Jogger for your Invitation List this month. Brainstorm the best approach for each of these people.

2. Invite (Introduce)

With those on your Invitation List, and as you are out there 'doing life', every day Invite people to take a look at Juice Plus+ and (for some of them) at what you are doing.

You are inviting, not selling, introducing people to Juice Plus+ and your Virtual Franchise. You can launch your business by telling everyone you are now in business. Some will order Juice Plus+, but most won't at first; simply let them know that you are their go-to gal/guy for Juice Plus+ when they are ready (and most will be ready at some time in the future). Send them to your super new juiceplus.com website.

Invite each of the 30 on your Invitation List to do one or more of:

- join you for lunch, coffee, etc. (I’m paying!)

- listen to a CD (while driving around town or on a trip)

- watch a DVD (together if possible)

- watch an online video (such as www.primetimehealth.us)

- attend a Wellness Party (come and have fun a few of my best friends!)

- attend a Prevention Plus+ seminar (the speaker is awesome!)

- see a VF overview (take a peak at what I do; it may not be for you but I’d love you to know why I do what I do)

In addition, invite some of them to:

- have a 'Connection Call' with your sponsor, mentor, coach, or 'more experienced friend' in Juice Plus+

- join your Team

3. Share (Don't Sell)

With those who accept our Invitation we share Juice Plus+. We do this by sharing our story: everyone hears our Product Story, and hopefully most will hear our Business Story. They will remember your Story better than any facts about Juice Plus+. Follow your heart and express your heart: it's not so much about choosing the right words, as choosing the right people.

If in a conversation it’s clear that the person has major financial concerns, it would be inappropriate to show them how to spend more money. Rather, follow your heart and share your Business Story. Can I share with you what I am doing to bring more money into my family?

When appropriate, share your  and invite them to take a peek at what I do.

Share the Juice Plus+ Children's Health Study with everyone. We believe every new customer should consider sponsoring a child or student, even if they don't have one. Getting Juice Plus+ free for a child is a huge incentive.

Ask: are you open for more information? Most will say "yes".

Share a CD, a DVD or a video online. Ask which they would prefer. This is essential, because they need to hear from the experts - more 3rd party validation.

If they choose a CD or DVD, say I need it back when you're finished with it. (they will understand that it has great value). Set an appointment for your follow-up call: Can I call you on Monday? When would be a good time?

Use your Monthly Event Planner to track which CD or DVD you loaned them and events they attended, and to schedule your follow-up.

When they agree to listen, make an "appointment" to call them back. I would really value your opinion ... can I call you on Wednesday (2 days later)? What would be a good time for you? ... Ok, I'll call you at 8pm on Wednesday. Confirm their phone number.

4. Follow Up (Follow Through)

You made the appointment, now do the Follow up. This requires planning and discipline.  Call them within 36 hours.

Put a smile on your face - that puts a smile in your voice! Smile … and Dial.

1. Hi .... how are you? Is this a good time to talk? Refer back to your previous conversation, reminding them of their interest (the reason you told your Story), and the CD/DVD/video you shared with them: I was calling about the video I shared with you.

2. What did you like best about it? Do NOT ask: Did you watch the video?  Assume they did. What did you think?

Then listen well to what they say, ask questions to learn more about their interest and their need for Juice Plus+.

3. Does Juice Plus+ make sense to you? ... it did to me" - tell your Story again briefly) "Juice Plus+ is the most thoroughly researched nutritional product in history and the top selling nutritional product in a capsule in the world... because it works!

4. I would love you to try Juice Plus + for 4 months and see what it could do for you! Are you ready to get started?" "We take major credit cards, or you can do a bank draft; which would you prefer?

5. I can have Juice Plus+ shipped out to you tomorrow, and you'll have it in 5-7 days. I will give you a call after you've received your order, is that ok with you?

Put all this into your own words - write them down and practice with your sponsor and on family and close friends (do me a favor, I need to practice!).

Some will not have watched the video or listened to the CD. Be 'lovingly persistent', stopping just short of pestering them!

Get your sponsor or another more experienced JP+ Rep on a Connection Call with anyone who expresses an interest in the business. Let the 'expert' do the talking, listen and learn from them.

The single most important thing to do, in this process, is to Ask them to try/buy Juice Plus+. Find your own favorite way to do this; one that you feel comfortable with. For us it's "I would love you to try Juice Plus + for 4 months and see what it could do for you! Are you ready to get started?"

When they say yes place their order at your Virtual Office (best) or by calling the Preferred Customer Dept. at 1-800-347-6350. Be sure to register them for the Juice Plus+ Effect (another great customer retention tool).

If you are taking the order over the phone it helps to complete this Order Form, asking your new customer for all the information needed; then you can file it in a 3-ring binder along with other notes about this customer. You do NOT need their signature on the form, unless they complete it themselves in person and you fax it in to corporate. We use this same Order Form at Wellness Parties and when exhibiting Juice Plus+ at a Trade Show or Health Fair.

Now you have a new customer, your #1 objective is to help them to develop the daily Juice Plus+ Habit. When they take Juice Plus+ consistently properly, they will see results, they will become 'raving fans' and some will join your team, while others will give you referrals. Send them your personalized version of this Welcome Email and call them to make sure they start properly.
