My Product Story

I started taking Juice Plus+ in 1993 hoping it would help with my marathon running. It certainly did! It just made sense: I needed more fruits and vegetables in my diet - especially those greens (I hated spinach!)

After 3-4 months I noticed improved energy, stamina, and recovery time. Then I had incredible results in 2 marathons that I ran 6 weeks apart - and I KNEW it was Juice Plus+!

Now I take the Juice Plus+ Vineyard Blend daily as well, have one meal based on the Juice Plus+ Complete almost every day, and use the Juice Plus+ Thins as a training and race supplement.

Over the years my life-long problems with allergies, colds, chest infections and asthma have improved a lot. Most of my life I was on antibiotics 3-4 times a year and I've needed them only 3-4 times in 15 years! Juice Plus+ has given me a new immune system!

My taste buds have changed - now I love spinach and other greens, and I'm no longer addicted to chocolate, ice cream and steaks! I love the JP+ Gummies for an after dinner sweet snack.

My family and I will always take Juice Plus+, and now there's so much published research on Juice Plus+ we have even more reason to take it, and to tell other people about it.

My Business Story

After 23 years with IBM, developing a Juice Plus+ business really appealed to me. Helping people with their health is a lot more rewarding than dealing with computer problems all day long.

As Juice Plus+ began to dramatically improve my own health and fitness (I was an avid runner and soccer player) I just had to tell people about it, and soon it became a serious business for me and my wife.

We work from home, and over the years we've built an international business that has given us the time to travel, and the money to enjoy our freedom. This includes spending a year building our dream log home with our two sons in the Colorado Rockies, and also putting in a lot of volunteer time at our church.

When I left IBM in 1991 I still had a goal to retire by my 53rd birthday (as I had planned to in IBM); in July 1999 we had been full-time RVers for nearly 2 years - I think that qualifies!

Over 17 years our business has grown beyond our wildest dreams, and there's no stopping it now!

My Product Story

When I was first introduced to Juice Plus+ in March 1993, I was so skeptical that I refused to take it. I ate a "healthy" diet, and exercised regularly. I didn't believe in taking pills of any sort -- not even vitamins. In any case, how could they possibly get all those fruits and vegetables into little gel caps? Ridiculous!

Five months later, after hearing the experience of other people on the product and learning about enzymes and the relationship between diet and disease, I had to admit that perhaps it did make sense after all. Two years earlier I had 22 polyps (all benign) removed from my colon, and was told that I was at high risk of developing colon cancer. Research was suggesting that a diet rich in raw fruits and vegetables, and high in fiber, reduced that risk significantly.

So I started taking Juice Plus+ in August '93. I soon noticed that my hair was growing very fast, and my fingernails were much stronger. Apparently these are significant external indications of the cell regeneration going on throughout the entire body.

Now I'm eating more fruits and vegetables than ever before. I had been told to take Metamucil every day for the rest of my life, but I haven't taken any since -- there's really good soluble and insoluble fiber in the capsules -- and my regularity has never been better.

My HDL (good) cholesterol has gone up almost 50% and my triglycerides have gone down 40%. Also, recent bone density scans have shown that my bones are stronger than many women of my age and my risk of osteoporosis is very low.

As well as using Juice Plus+ Orchard, Garden and Vineyard Blend capsules, Mick and I have also used the Juice Plus+ Complete protein/carbohydrate drink for breakfast practically every day since late 1994. It's delicious and it gives us a great nutritional start to the day.

I'm feeling terrific and looking forward to a long, happy and healthy life -- thanks to Juice Plus+.
