Connection Calls (3-Way Calls)
These calls are a
powerful tool in your business. For example: "Janet, my friend Jenny has been sharing Juice Plus+ much longer than I have. I would love you
to hear her story. Can we touch base with her on the phone sometime soon - or even right now?" Get your coach, sponsor or other
experienced JP+ associate on the phone with a prospect or brand new team member and see
what we mean. If you are new, make sure your sponsor arranges
for you to "connect" with your National Marketing Director, who will welcome you to the team. This
will be your first experience and a good demonstration of the power of 3-way "Connection Calls".
Team Building Calls
Learn to use and love these three important "Connection Calls":
-
Business Prospect - connect your friend with someone whose success story will help
convince them about the Virtual Franchise; someone who has seen success with their Virtual Franchise, a Senior
Sales Coordinator or higher.
-
New Team Member - connect your new Rep with a National Marketing Director who
will welcome them and cast
vision for what's possible; this will encourage each new person to go for the 10-1-10
-
New 10-1-10er - connect your new Virtual
Franchisee with your National Marketing Director to congratulate them and coach them on their next steps:
qualifying their business and fast tracking to Sales Coordinator.
"Sell" the person you want them to touch base with: "I'd love us to touch base with Jenny;
she's a super person, fun, and very interesting. She's been very successful with Juice Plus+; I just know you will love her and her story".

Reasons to do "Connection Calls"
Your telephone company provides the 3-way technology (the ability for 3 people to talk
together by phone) - that's the "how". The purpose of these calls is to "connect" your friend with someone else
for 3rd party validation - that's
the "why". Our legal system (based on the Bible) is founded on the principle of the 'corroborative witness':
evidence is only legally accepted in the court of law if more than one person presents it. In our business the
same principle operates: if a complete stranger confirms what you've been saying, then it's believable; strange but
true!
1. Introduce prospects to someone they can identify with.
2. Have an expert (your coach) handle a question.
3. Train a new member of your team on phone techniques.
4. Get people excited!
5. Get invaluable third-party validation.
6. Share a testimonial first hand about the business.
7. Demonstrate the support available in our business.
8. Offer encouragement and support.
9. Welcome new team members.
10. Demonstrate that it's not all about you - there is a much bigger picture!
