100 Day Email Campaign
The email campaign to our customers is a great part of Customer Care, provided by corporate.
New customers receive these emails:
Day 1 - Jay Martin, President and Founder of NSA
Day 15 - Doctors Jim and Bill Sears
Day 30 - Dr. Mitra Ray
Day 45 - Pamela Benitez, M.D.
Day 60 - Tamara Sachs, M.D.
Day 75 - Richard DuBois, M.D.
Day 90 - Steve Williams, Juice Plus+ Director of Customer Care
The 100 Day “Personal Touch” Customer Care Plan helps you keep track of each and every one of
your customers during the critical evaluation period of the first 100 days.
The goal is to provide 10 follow-up connections with your new customer in the first 100 days –
approximately once every two weeks. Juice Plus+ will send you e-mail reminders to call your customers, along with
suggested talking points. In addition, you’ll receive an alert via your Virtual Office Home Page before the second box
of Juice Plus+ is shipped - the perfect time to call your customer, offer free product and conduct the
Juice Plus+ Effect survey.
